Contour Homes
IJ Kendrick were awarded the contract to paint and decorate for Contour Homes at Silverwell House, Bolton, subject to requirements.
The contract was a commercial refurbishment project, which IJ Kendrick undertook as Principal Contractor – project managing all trades including preparation of the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
Silverwell House was a six figure refurbishment project of a 3 storey building which was undertaken in 2 phases. IJ Kendrick Ltd were appointed to project manage all works under taken which included, Strip out, new partitioning, replacement kitchens, full redecoration and new flooring and window blinds throughout.
