Magnesium Elektron
IJ Kendrick was selected to complete an Industrial Painting project at the Specials Foundry, Magnesium Elektron (M.E.L).
This job involved both internal and external works. The external works comprised of painting all rendered walls some as high as three storeys. In order to access the highest points of the rendered gable ends a boom had to be used (MEWP), all tradesmen working with the boom had under taken prior training. The project also involved staining all private balconies.
The internal aspects of the project involved painting all walls, metal work, machinery and electrical boxes. High level works were done by our IPAF trained staff using MEWPS.
